Terms of Service

By creating a Kinka account, you agree to these terms. If you're creating an account on behalf of a studio or business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Kinka. Kinka is a practice-management tool (booking, client records, and analytics) for independent professionals and studios in the kink space.

Kinka is not a marketplace, a matchmaking service, or a broker of sexual services. We don't list practitioners publicly, take a cut of session fees, or connect clients to practitioners who aren't already their clients. You're responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business in your location.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use Kinka to:

• Facilitate anything illegal in your jurisdiction, including trafficking or the exploitation of minors.
• Store information about anyone under 18.
• Attempt to breach, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate another person or business.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

As a practitioner, you're responsible for the accuracy of the client information you enter and for having any consent your jurisdiction requires to store it. Kinka processes that data on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at signup. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor and are subject to their terms as well.

Kinka and its branding are our property. You keep ownership of the content and client data you put into your account; you grant us only the limited license needed to host and display it back to you as part of the service.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On closure, your data is handled per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

Kinka is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We'll notify account holders by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
